Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Midel Photonics addresses its offering exclusively to businesses (Unternehmer) within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
